This also comprises making decisions as to the optimum market positioning of each property, existing and new tenant lease negotiations, co-ordination of facility managers, property managers and leasing brokers.
Technical aspects are also administered in so far as co-ordinating minor building repairs, maintenance schedules, tenant fit-outs, and major refurbishment projects.
