Mr. Koritschan is responsible for the operational management of the group, equity raising, debt origination and structuring, strategic business development and investor relations.

Prior to co-founding Caerus, from 2011 to 2012, Mr. Koritschan was Director of Investor Relations at Whitewood Capital (Belgium) during which time he established an investor relations framework in preparation for the IPO of a pan-European REIT.

From 2000 to 2011, Mr. Koritschan served as an Associate Director of UBS, with his last position being that of Deputy Head Representative for Wealth Management in Central Europe based in Prague and Warsaw.

Prior, Mr. Koritschan held various other roles within the bank across multiple international geographies including Switzerland and the Bahamas in which he was responsible for managing international projects in the trusts & foundations business area.

Mr. Koritschan attended the University of California, Santa Barbara (USA) where he studied Political Science & International Relations. In addition, he has completed various executive management courses. He speaks fluent English, German, Czech, Spanish and French.

Mr. Koritschan’s professional memberships include that of being an affiliate member of the UK Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (CISI). Lastly, he holds CF 11 and CF 30 accreditations with the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

Mr. Koritschan is a Member of both Caerus’ Executive and Investment Committees.
