Mr. Mojzis, formerly with CBRE Global Investors (CBREGI), is based in Prague and is responsible for the portfolio management of our commercial real estate investments across Central Europe and is notably responsible for asset managing Caerus’ flagship property: “Futurama Business Park” located in Prague 8, a c.a 45,000sqm premium grade office park.

Prior to joining Caerus IM, Mr. Mojzis was from mid-2009 to late 2016, with the CEE division of CBRE Global Investors (one of the world’s largest real estate managers with over EUR 100bn in AuM) as an Asset Manager and Asset MNG Controller, where he oversaw a team of regional asset and property managers, responsible for CBRE GI’s portfolio of over 20 office, retail and logistics assets in the region.

Prior to his tenure at CBREGI, from 2006 – 2009 he was a Senior Internal Auditor with NCR Corporation with various other roles prior to that including Financial Analyst at GE Money Bank.

Mr. Mojzis holds a Master’s degree in Business Economy and Management from the University of Economics (VSE) in Prague and speaks native Czech and fluent English.
