Petra Sekova joins Caerus as Senior Property Manager for CEE
Prague, 23rd January 2017 – Caerus Investment Management has today announced the appointment of Ms. Petra Sekova as internal Senior Property Manager covering our properties located in Central & Eastern Europe (CEE). Ms. Sekova will be based in Prague, Czech Republic where she will implement our firm’s property management (PM) operations while also maintaining co-operation with our preferred external PM partners.
Ms. Sekova’s timely appointment coincides with our pending acquisition of several significant commercial office and mixed-use properties located in both the Czech Republic and Slovakia, in particular where our firm is implementing active asset management or a “core-plus” approach. While delivering in-house PM Ms. Sekova shall also support our asset management (AM) operations, ensuring that each of our firm’s properties are managed according to its tailored business plan, to the highest and consistent standards, and most importantly, never based on a “one-size fits all” approach.
For clarity, Caerus will not be pursuing any third-party management contracts, but rather will only execute PM on properties which our group has either acquired and or already asset manages.
Prior to joining Caerus, Ms. Sekova worked with CBRE from 2009 – 2015 as a Senior Property Manager where she was responsible for the PM of over 100,000 sqm of commercial office and retail properties,

Ms. Sekova holds a Master of Science (Engineering) from the University of Life Science in Prague and speaks fluent English and Czech.
