Katerina Forejtova joins Caerus IM as Associate – Portfolio Management for Central & Eastern Europe (CEE).
Prague, 3rdApril 2018 – Caerus Investment Management (Caerus IM) has today announced the appointment of property management professional Ms. Katerina Forejtova as am Associate – Portfolio Management based in Prague, Czech Republic reporting to Mr. Ivan Mojzis.
Ms. Forejtova will be responsible for managing Caerus’ flagship property known as “Futurama Business Park” a 45,000 sqm premium grade office park located in Prague 8, in addition to the internal property management of future properties in the firm’s acquisition pipeline.
Prior to joining Caerus IM, Ms. Forejtova was most recently with Austria’s Immofinanz Services and from early 2014 to 2017, was with the CEE branch of Generali Real Estate CEE as a Property Manager, where she was responsible for managing seven institutional grade office buildings located across Prague and Bratislava, including notably, the main office of UniCredit Bank at Namesti Republiky.
Prior to her tenure at Generali Real Estate, from 2011 – 2013 she was a Property Manager with CBRE Czech Republic with a focus on managing large multi-tenanted retail properties with various other agency roles prior since 2004.
Ms. Forejtova holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Liberec and speaks native Czech, fluent English and conversational German.
