Caerus IM relocates its European asset management base to the new Building F in Futurama Business Park, Prague.

Prague, 1st January 2018 – Caerus IM has today announced the relocation of its branch European asset management office to the new ‘Building F’ in Futurama Business Park, Prague 8, Czech Republic.

As from January 2018, the firm has taken a long-term lease over part of level 2 of Building F which enjoys impressive views over the central colonnade of the property providing a strategic vantage point from which to monitor daily on-goings while also providing a “representative” premises in which to receive the firm’s growing list of business partners, clients and tenants.

After a collaborative planning exercise across the firm’s team, Caerus’ two founders aimed to adopt the latest trends and thinking in office design to deliver a functional open-plan layout, with an emphasis on using high-quality natural interior furnishings in the fit-out that would result in a working environment that both improves the staff’s sense of work-life balance and inspires them to seek excellence in everything they do.

To this end, the offices were designed with an emphasis on incorporating light coloured natural materials (such as machined oak) to tie with the green landscaping of the property, and moveable glass partitioning to maximise natural light and flexibility of use to create a ‘more personal and warmer feel’ than afforded by conventional office spaces.

Architectural design input and project management assistance was provided by Linstram.

Christopher Millen, Managing Director of Caerus IM said: “After a lot of thought as to how we could cost-effectively create a modern and fresh feeling work environment that would help to attract and retain the best talent, help the firm to work more efficiently and productively, and which would contribute to the motivation of our employees and their performance, we are very pleased with the result achieved as we position our firm for a period of steady growth over future years”.

Peter Koritschan Managing Director of Caerus IM said: “Relocating to Futurama as our flagship property not only provides a literal on-the-ground daily asset management presence, but also sends a signal about our firm’s commitment to do things the best possible way, and to the highest possible standards. In designing this new space, we took the approach we need to showcase our real estate know-how and to demonstrate via the investment made, our long-term commitment to our current and future clients.”
