Caerus Investment Management picks up prestigious “Specialist Fund of the Year 2017” award at the recent Europe Property Investor (PIE) awards in London.
Prague/London, 7th June 2017 – Caerus Investment Management (Caerus IM) has been awarded “Specialist Fund of the Year 2017” at the PIE Europe Property Investor Awards which recognise and honour outstanding performance in the European commercial real estate sector.
The awards honour individual real estate transactions in the main markets of pan-Europe as well as listed and non-listed vehicles and their managers, together with general excellence across the industry sector. The winners were announced during an evening gala event at Plaisterers’ Hall, London on Tuesday 6th June 2017.
The specific award of: “Fund of the Year – Specialist Product” honours excellence across the non-listed real estate category in Europe and is awarded on the basis of the performance, originality and management competence of such specialist product or structure.
Other winners on the night in alternative award categories included industry leading names such as: AXA Investment Management, Savills Investment Management, BNP Paribas Real Estate, Allianz Real Estate and UBS Asset Management.
